Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING
All products are shipped via PostNL. Goods are shipped on every working day. We aim to deliver your order within 2 working days. With the exception of Sundays and Public Holidays, there will be no delivery. Orders placed during the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday (if in stock).

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, PostNL will try to deliver the package to your neighbors and you will receive a message. If PostNL cannot deliver the package to the neighbors either, they will leave a message and try again later (maximum 3 times).

The Netherlands
All orders from €50 are delivered free of charge in the Netherlands. If you order less than €50, you pay €6,10 shipping costs.

Belgium
All orders from €50 are delivered free of charge in Belgium. If you order less than €50, you pay €8,80 shipping costs.

PICK-UP
Orders can be picked up during office hours.
You can indicate this during the ordering process. Note: You must first place an order before picking it up.

RETURNS
If an item you have ordered is not good, you can always exchange this item if it is unused and undamaged. Before you return the products, you must register the return viashop@vliegenthart.com

Mention in an enclosed letter the order number and which items you want to receive back or the account number to which we can credit the amount.
